Gym

Designed with you in mind, gym access options are flexible and include Pay as You Go or Multi-passes. After an induction with a member of staff, you are free to use the gym at any time during our normal opening hours. Please note we operate a strict Health & Safety policy for the use of the gym.

Equipment and machines in the Gym include:

• 2 Treadmills
• 1 Cross-trainer
• 2 Exercise bikes
• 2 Rowing machines
• 1 Multigym
• Step box
• Selection of 1-25kg dumbbells
• Exercise balls & mats
